CMR's goal is to be a high-technology, attractive workplace, offering diversity and equal opportunities. The Group's overall workforce and operating capacity grew through 2008. This provides the basis for continued budget growth and business expansion in 2009.
In 2008 the Group had 139 employees, 29 of whom were women and 13 of whom came from countries other than Norway. In 2008 three women had positions in the group management team. CMR has 25 employees with a PhD (18 per cent of its workforce). Nine employees left the Group during the year, giving a churn rate of 7 per cent. The Group's working environment is generally considered to be good.
CMR aims to be noticed both locally and nationally.Efforts are being made to obtain coverage of CMR's activities in the trade press, both in print and online.
